Dr Emmanuelle Lemery, R&D Manager Noreva – Alpha KM®+ Wrinkles and fine lines have different characteristics. Wrinkles are marked folds in the dermis that are virtually irreversible. Fine lines, also known as dryness lines, are often caused by dehydration of the skin. There are also fine lines caused by ageing which, as the skin's support structure (the dermis) weakens, mainly due to a decrease in collagen and elastin, turn into wrinkles. If treated in time, they can become invisible or even disappear...
